Our lifeguard training classes our designed to prepare future lifeguards for the prerequiste portion of the course. We run our classes every Sunday from 10:00am-11:00am.
Start your weekend strong! Our Weekend Lap Swim offers the perfect chance to get in shape, build endurance, and enjoy uninterrupted time in the water.
Come at any time during the session and swim at your own pace. Whether you’re training for an event, fine-tuning your strokes, or just looking for a low-impact workout, our lap swim is designed for all levels.
Only $40/month for unlimited weekend access within these timeframes.
This low-impact, high-energy workout uses the natural resistance of water to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health — all while being gentle on your joints. Come Join us Every Sunday at 9:30am.
